What a week
for Yankee Candle fans! As if it wasn’t enough that we had a Yankee Candle TSV
on QVC hosted by Steven Corfield, he also had a fabulous offer on the new ‘Out
Of Africa’ range too (still available). Oh and did I mention the news of 2016
release fragrances as part of the TSV on auto delivery too!!
Then over
the weekend Yankee Candle announced the first two core releases for the UK in
2016 and rumours abounded over what the US would be getting too! It’s all too
exciting.

Friday, Yankee Candle posted details of the core releases for the first two
quarters of 2016 on their coming soon page. Here’s my excited write up!
Oh and I
burned some candles too last week!!!!
Lovely Kiku
started things off with its sweet powdery floral notes.
Wild Passion
Fruit was next with its almost candy like fruitiness.
Wild Pansies
is a good strong fantasy floral fragrance. One for those who like their
powerful Yankee fragrances.
Amber Moon
gave a soft warming feel to Friday evening in one room (used in a hurricane
style vase)…
…while the
zesty mixed fruit of Citrus Tango was in another!
Into
Saturday and the fizzy fresh lemony spa like feel of Island Spa is a fantastic
way to start a summer’s day.
Moroccan
Argan Oil followed in the evening with its rich, evocative, mystical aroma. I
just love this scent more and more and more!
Fruit Fusion
gives you a super burst of energy first thing in the morning on a sunny day.
Beach
Flowers was great for the hot afternoon, whisking you off in your imagination
to a seaside floral garden.
And to close
the week, I had another burn of Serengeti Sunset. I think it is fair to say this
fragrance is getting a mixed reaction so far from fans but I really love that
hint of orange in amongst the subtle warming notes.
QVC have a
Yankee Candle Christmas this Friday at 10am and 10pm as part of their Christmas
