A smaller offering than usual this year for the UK and
Europe in terms of Halloween items from Yankee Candle, but the good news is
stock should be in stores now (or any day now!)
Regular favourites Witches Brew and Candy Corn return for
the season, but I’m not too sure about this year’s jar designs. Witches Brew
particularly is a contender I think for one of the worst Yankee Candle labels
ever! One nice touch with Witches Brew though is the smoky look of the jar (not
sure if the wax is the same, I haven’t peeked inside yet!)
For the uninitiated Witches Brew is a delicious patchouli
scent, absolutely perfect for the Halloween season. Candy Corn is more of like
the bag of treats you’d dip your nose into while trick or treating!
Both scents are available in melt form and votive candles
too.
One of the stars of
the show this year has to be this black cat melt warmer!
There is also a jar warmer available with black cats.
A pumpkin melt warmer is also really nice and great for
October!
There's also get a spider web jar holder and one to burn
your votives in.
And lastly there is a set of three votive holders that are
really cute – one’s a skull, one a pumpkin and here’s the monster!
Finally for the past few years Clintons Card Shops have
carried the ‘Happy Halloween’ large jar. I’m not sure what Clintons are doing
this year and whether they have an exclusive. I’ll post details when I find
out.
