rounds up latest news and rumours regarding our favourite candle brand!

NEWS… coming
back to the USA this Christmas are two ‘treasure’ fragrances, Sugared Plums and
Cranberry Peppermint. Other releases for late 2013 include Winterberries and
Festival of Lights.
NEWS… Also
in the USA a new World Journeys fragrance has been released called Alpine
Spruce.
RUMOUR…One
source tells me that perennial Yankee Candle bestseller and fan favourite Clean
Cotton could be retiring early next year.
NEWS…. There
is a Yankee Candle TSV this coming Sunday (27th) on QVC in the UK. This means TV broadcasts
all day long and newly married Rosa Speyer is at the helm for all shows. I
believe the TSV product is not jars this time but it is definitely seasonal and
a great gift idea.

Another great new US Christmas (I think limited edition) Candle is Santa’s Pipe
… want it!!!
NEWS….
Yankee Candle Europe have released an Autumn Blooms pillar and tumbler
collection exclusively online.
RUMOUR… The
USA normally gets new ‘My Favourite Things’ candles and collections each year.
No details on the 2013 release aside from a votives collection (details tbc).
Rumours persist about a candle called ‘Red Mittens’ (it is actually a fake!) and a potential re-release
for ‘Whiskers On Kittens’.
NEWS… Don’t be confused if you see a USA candle called ‘Celebrate Christmas’,
it is the same as the European release ‘Christmas Memories’.
RUMOUR… A
fan favourite could be returning to Europe early next year. Hush hush for the
time being but the return of this candle retired in the past year or so will be
sure to put a smile on Yankee Candle buyers’ faces!
