I was fortunate enough to be able to pop along to the Ideal
Home Exhibition earlier today and got to have a good look at the two Yankee
Candle displays and met the teams promoting the brand at the event.
The main display on the ground floor is well placed and
for my money was one of the very best out of everyone displaying at the event.
One word jumps out at you from the Yankee Candle display and that’s…..
CHRISTMAS!
It was all about the new Q4 fragrances – Snowflake Cookie,
Merry Marshmallow, Season Of Peace and Christmas Memories!
Also for sale and on display was the new Yankee Candle Advent
Calendar (watch out for a special blog on that next week) plus a host of gift
sets and accessories. I was particularly impressed with the new ‘Dreams’ illuma
lid. It is full on metallic/silver not how it looks on the Yankee Candle
website at all.
At the rear of the display everything has gone pink! A
Yankee Candle competition and lots of Snowflake Cookie burning.
And that’s not all upstairs in the food and decorations area
Yankee Candle have a votive stall. About 8 votives on offer at 4 for £5 and set
up very much like a sweet shop!
Yankee Candle seemed to be very popular at the show with
lots of people continually visiting and buying. Oh, I am so definitely getting
the Christmas Decorations out of the loft this weekend!
