Two years ago yesterday, the 8th May 2019 I uploaded the first part of my entire Yankee Candle collection on a youtube video. Starting at A my plan was to go all the way through to (or W!) in a series of videos over the next few months.
I never imagined it would take me two whole years to finish the series. But with these things it takes perserverance, determination and a bit of luck to get through. Also of course the world has changed a lot over the last 15 months or so and that brings its own challenges.
Apart from the new scents, I rarely buy older ones now due to having a collection of circa 400 Yankee Candles (including 'back ups'). We decided about 4 or 5 years ago that that was the right maximum amount to own before they take over too much a part of your life (and house space!!). As it is pretty much every book case and storage unit is full of candles! As new ones come in, others get used up - so even now of course my Yankee Candle collection isn't the same as it was when I started this series.
