Following my
recent articles on Yankee Candle label changes, this time around it is name
differences between the US and UK/Europe. I guess Yankee Candle thought some words didn't translate well across the Atlantic! The most obvious is the difference between 'Holiday Garland' and 'Christmas Garland' as in the UK we don't use the phrase 'Happy Holidays' that is used in the USA to cover Christmas and New Year.
It hasn’t
happened too many times that I can remember, but here are the 6 to date.
These
candles are exactly the same scent as their differently named counterpart – and
they have identical jar images too.
If anyone
knows of any others please let me know, but even our lovely TEAM YANKEE
Facebook group members couldn’t come up with any more than these!
