Well I often
talk about the treasure candles and special limited editions available to the
US market on here, but we do get plenty of interesting fragrances here in the
UK and Europe too.
QVC often
sell USA only or treasure fragrances and this article takes a look at what is
available from the official Yankee Candle site as a ‘Special Appearance’.
To explain
the phrase, a treasure fragrance is a returning Yankee Candle scent that has
been previously retired.
There’s
currently plenty to choose from at Yankee Candle Europe – and more to come!
Some
treasure/USA only fragrances (available at the time of writing), that I have
purchased include :
Mountain
Lodge – One of my all time favourites. It’s a light fragrance but very creamy
and lush. (Featured in my last Diary Entry).
Pinecone And
Lime – Enjoyed this one at Christmas. It has the lovely Christmas green notes
that you’d expect but it’s dashed with a shot of citrus.
Treehouse
Memories – Very perfumey, woodsy and earthy. A great outdoors type fragrance.
Golden Sands
– Pure fantasy. It’s warm, creamy and full of dazzling amber. Literally like
sitting on a baking hot beach with a hot gentle breeze blowing over you.
